Netflix Nerds
It's official: Jonathan and I have become Netflix nerds. Jonathan joined Netflix a few months ago and since then we feel we've already gotten our money's worth for the whole year. Aside from getting the DVDs you request in the mail, you can sync movies and TV shows from the instant play on Netflix.com to your Wii and watch them then and there without waiting for the mail. For a movie buff like Jonathan, this is worthwhile. Because of the instant play, we've been enjoying various movies and TV series on which we've wanted to catch up. Our favorites include finishing Arrested Development (the writers on this show were brilliant; too bad it was taken off the air after 3 seasons. We are very much looking forward to the movie next year), The Dick Van Dyke Show (a childhood favorite of mine), and currently "Reno 911!" Bye bye $5 rentals at Blockbuster. Netflix has moved in!

We're Netflix nerds too. We like watching movies but especially now that there's nothing at ALL on TV!
ReplyDeleteOk, it is time. We need to commit to it. We are currently "hacking" into my sisters account just to watch the instant movies. But it isn't enough!!
